, 2016 目的:通过Meta分析，对持有不同设计方法与病例数的研究结果进行综合比较，然后探讨超声测量宫颈长度、胎儿纤维连接蛋白(fFN)及二者联合应用对于早产诊断的临床价值。 方法:透过ElsevierScience、万方、PubMed、维普、Springer及中国知网等数据库检索2003年5月～2015年11月公开发表的相关文献，依照排除及纳入标准对文献进行严格的过滤筛选。提取纳入文献的四格表与资料特征，对纳入研究应用QUADAS（系统回顾中诊断精确性研究质量评价鉴定工具表）进行质量评估。应用MetaDisc1.
