下穿既有铁路线箱涵顶出施工数值分析研究

为了研究既有下穿式箱涵顶出过程中箱涵自身及土体应力变化规律,本文采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立依托工程箱涵与土体的三维模型并进行了数值分析研究。根据实际施工中箱涵与两侧路基的减阻情况,模拟了0m、2m、4m减阻高度的三种箱涵顶出工况。研究结果表明,三种工况的顶推力-位移曲线均可以分成两个阶段,在第一阶段末尾静摩擦力转为滑动摩擦力的一瞬间,顶推力到达最大值;顶出过程中箱涵底部的应力随减阻高度的增大而减小;减阻高度的增大可以降低箱涵侧面的土压力,有效减小路基在顶推过程中的变形。

阜阳颍柳路泉河桥主桥钢箱梁安装施工分析

在钢结构桥梁的施工设计中,钢梁安装受诸多因素的影响,为确保成桥阶段钢梁性能的充分发挥,对钢梁安装施工进行分析有其意义所在。以阜阳颖柳路泉河桥项目为背景,研究钢箱梁分块方案选择及其在滑道梁拖拉施工工序中的应力表现。通过采用ABAQUS中壳单元模拟板件、桁架单元模拟临时支撑,建立有限元模型,计算分析钢箱梁分块吊装及拖拉施工过程中的各项性能,以求验证该安装方案在实际施工过程中的安全性与可行性。

白浪河无轴式摩天轮钢结构施工过程模拟与监控

白浪河无轴式摩天轮采用创新的固定立体环状结构形式,其施工过程中风荷载和温度作用影响显著。为保障结构的施工安全和安装精度,采用非线性分步建模技术对结构施工全过程进行模拟分析;基于模拟结果确定了结构合拢温度和变形预调值,并对结构施工过程和加载过程关键杆件进行监测。结果表明:施工过程中温度作用所引起的结构应力可达60MPa,在分析时应考虑构件安装温度的影响;采用正装迭代法确定结构变形预调值可有效控制结构的最终位形,合理选择合拢温度可降低竣工后结构的应力水平,最大应力降幅达40MPa ...
