有机胍用作海生物抑制剂的性能评价

有机胍化合物的杀菌性能优异,但在海生物抑制领域少有探讨。研究了有机胍杀菌剂对污损海生物的抑制性能及对海洋生物的毒理效应,结果表明:有机胍使用质量浓度为10 mg/L时对污损海生物的抑制率可达95%以上,同时,有机胍的96 h-LC50(实验96 h海生物死亡50%时)样品的质量浓度为76.17 mg/L,对海域生物影响较小,用作海生物抑制剂的性能优异。

有机物料对稻田土壤团聚体及有机碳分布的影响

通过连续5年定位试验,以紫云英、秸秆和商品有机肥等有机物料还田的稻田土壤为研究对象,研究有机物料还田后不同物理分组下土壤组成特点和有机碳变化特征。结果表明,稻田土壤团聚体主要分布在2~0.25 mm与0.25~0.053 mm粒级,团聚体颗粒有机碳含量随着粒径的减小而减少。有机物料还田可提高0.25~0.053 mm和<0.053 mm粒级团聚体有机碳的含量,紫云英、秸秆、商品有机肥等有机物料可通过提高土壤微团聚体有机碳含量而增加土壤碳库。有机物料施用增加土壤轻组组分颗粒含量,减少重组组分颗粒含量 ...

底泥就地稳定化中零价铁(Fe 0 )对有机污染物的作用及其对上覆水体水质的影响

在实验室模拟静态湖泊体系条件下,通过向实际底泥中投加零价铁(Fe0),考察反应前后底泥中有机物数量、种类、总有机质含量以及上覆水体溶解氧(DO)浓度、氧化还原电位(Eh)、pH和化学需氧量(CODCr)浓度等指标的变化,探讨Fe0对底泥有机物的降解效果以及对上覆水体水质的影响.结果表明,投加Fe0处理80 d后,①经GC-MS检测出底泥中易被降解的小分子有机物(分子量小于200)数量明显增多,底泥总有机去除率为44%.②上覆水体的DO浓度、Eh和pH都有不同程度的变化.DO浓度从6.6 mg ...
