大型水库具有多种服务功能,论文在建立服务功能评价指标体系的前提下,用定量方法,对湖南省19座大型水库的部分服务功能价值进行了评估。结果表明,各大水库服务功能总价值545.778亿元,其中蓄水与供水价值24.97亿元,水力发电62.14亿元,水产养殖129.03亿元,灌溉增产粮食10.72亿元,调蓄洪水318.71亿元,土壤持留价值0.208亿元。并认为,今后必须从保护水库,开发库区旅游资源,科学调度水库等方面加强科学管理,以充分发挥大型水库服务功能的最大综合效益。
