云检验环境下基于前景理论的电网物资供应商评价与优选 [PDF]
电网物资部通过云检验质量监督评价体系实现对电网物资供应链流程的掌控。在云检验环境下,由于供应商信息具有资源数量大、语义信息不对称、信息多样化和模糊化的特点,电网物资部希望可以自主选择匹配结果。首先明确供应商资质能力评价原则,构建电网物资供应商资质能力评价指标体系;然后采用前景理论,对包含多类型信息的物资供应商进行综合评价,并依据综合前景值对物资供应商进行评价与优选;最后在电网物资云检验环境下,以配电变压器供应商为例,测算评价模型,分析评价结果,表明了该方法的可行性与有效性。

考虑动态赋权的江水源热泵供能系统模糊综合评价方法研究 [PDF]
针对当前江水源热泵供能系统评价指标体系单一、赋权忽略动态变化及定性指标无法量化等问题,通过分析江水源热泵供能系统的工作原理及运行特点,从技术、经济及环保三个方面构建了江水源热泵技术经济综合评价指标体系。文中采用模糊评价方法量化定性指标,并通过层次分析法-熵值赋权法获得评价指标体系组合权重。考虑到江水源热泵供能系统在不同场景运行下的权值动态变化,提出基于动态赋权的权值动态修正方法,实现评价指标的动态赋权。针对长江沿岸地区某江水源热泵供能系统进行评价方法的应用,验证了该评价方法与实际情况相符。
