笔者在理论分析操作机构标准和异常机械特性曲线基础上,对40.5、252、1 100 kV 3个电压等级的高压断路器液压弹簧和弹簧操作机构的机械特性进行了测试,同时研究了操作机构机械特性参数变化对操作机构机械性能的影响。理论及试验研究表明:操作机构的机械特性能够反映机构的机械状态,通过对操作机构机械特性的分析可以评估操作机构的运行状况,研究结果对断路器操作机构状态评估具有一定的指导意义。

真空断路器弹簧操动机构机械特性的仿真与优化

为研究配弹簧操动机构真空断路器在空载条件下的机械特性,文中以72.5 kV真空断路器为研究对象,分析了影响真空断路器机械特性的关键零件,建立了真空断路器的Adams与MATLAB联合仿真模型并完成了动力学仿真。仿真所得机械特性曲线与试验曲线吻合,证明了仿真的准确性,并在此基础上对真空断路器机械特性进行优化,为研究真空断路器空载条件下的机械特性提供了有效的手段。
