位移传感器在中压断路器机械特性监测中的应用研究

对用于断路器机械特性测试的几种位移传感器原理进行了阐述,针对中压断路器机械操动机构结构紧凑的特点,对影响中压断路器机械特性监测精度的因素进行了分析。设计了抗干扰能力强的传感器信号检测电路,通过机械特性性能测试试验和机械寿命试验证明:旋转编码器和激光位移传感器这两种位移传感器是中压断路器机械特性监测的理想传感器,在不影响断路器原有性能参数及可靠性的情况下,不但能真实地反映其行程特性,而且能够在高电压、大电流、强冲击振动的恶劣环境下长期稳定工作。

真空断路器弹簧操动机构机械特性的仿真与优化

为研究配弹簧操动机构真空断路器在空载条件下的机械特性,文中以72.5 kV真空断路器为研究对象,分析了影响真空断路器机械特性的关键零件,建立了真空断路器的Adams与MATLAB联合仿真模型并完成了动力学仿真。仿真所得机械特性曲线与试验曲线吻合,证明了仿真的准确性,并在此基础上对真空断路器机械特性进行优化,为研究真空断路器空载条件下的机械特性提供了有效的手段。

快速机械开关机械特性和结构强度研究

射频法在高压开关特性的现场检测与评估研究

GIS中断路器机械特性试验可以有效地反应GIS操动机构的动作状况,通过分析在运设备机械特性数据可以有效发现机构和控制回路可能存在的缺陷,减少故障的发生,提高GIS运行可靠性。文中通过对某地市局在运GIS中断路器部分机械特性试验数据和GIS设备中断路器机械缺陷的统计和分析,得出GIS中断路器分合闸时间和线圈电阻变化的规律及其原因,找出影响GIS中断路器机械特性的因素,提出了提高GIS可靠性的方法,为提高GIS设备运行可靠性提供了依据。
