B16黑色素瘤NK免疫耐受变异群在体外的产生及其意义

研究Ｂ１６黑色素瘤细胞在自然杀伤（ＮＫ）细胞环境中获得ＮＫ耐受力的现象，并建立了暂时耐受ＮＫ的Ｂ１６亚群。将小鼠分别用ＰｏｌｙＩ：Ｃ和ａｎｔｉ－ａｓｉａｌｏＧＭ１，处理以活化和灭活ＮＫ细胞，制备其脾淋巴细胞悬液。当Ｂ１６细胞反复多次与高ＮＫ活性的脾淋巴细胞共同孵育后，能在体内或体外抵抗ＮＫ细胞的杀伤。这说明经受ＮＫ攻击后的肿瘤细胞能从ＮＫ的攻击中获取对ＮＫ的耐受力，这一现象也许是肿瘤在机体内得以生存、发展并浸润转移的重要因素之一。
