基于NSGA2优化正则极限学习机的变压器油色谱故障诊断

针对极限学习机缺乏稳定性对变压器故障诊断造成不良影响的问题,文中引入具有更好泛化能力的正则极限学习机,提出一种基于NSGA2优化正则极限学习机的变压器故障诊断方法。该方法以油中溶解气体含量比值作为特征输入,用NSGA2优化正则极限学习机随机生成的输入层权值与隐层偏置,避免了输出层权值矩阵过大,从而提高模型稳定性和诊断精度。仿真实验结果表明,相比于传统正则极限学习机,文中方法有更高的故障诊断正确率,是一种有效的变压器故障诊断方法。
