染色体分析联合骨髓活检诊断无明显病态造血的早期骨髓增生异常综合征
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2009 目的评价染色体核型分析联合骨髓活检在诊断无明显病态造血的早期骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）中的价值。方法回顾性分析9例有克隆性染色体异常的无病态造血改变的早期MDS的染色体核型和骨髓活检组织切片特征。结果9例MDS患者中,8例为轻度的异常核型,1例为复杂核型。4例有+8异常,2例有13、20号染色体异常,9、10、11、12、14号染色体受累各1例。骨髓切片CD61免疫组化示2例有微小巨核阳性,检出1例典型髓系幼稚前体细胞异常定位（ALIP）,3例患者骨髓切片CD34 ...
