Dianci bileiqi, 2013 介绍了目前常用的集中电感模型、单一波阻抗模型、多波阻抗模型等输电线路杆塔模型。在理论分析的基础之上,结合500 kV双回输电线路杆塔在ATP/EMTP程序中建立了集中电感、单一波阻抗、无损多波阻抗和有损多波阻抗等4种杆塔模型。通过雷电反击过电压波形及过电压幅值和时间关系给出了一般性结论,即电感模型过电压值比较大,达到最大过电压的时间较短;波阻抗模型在模拟雷电过电压计算中,更接近实际情况;无损多波阻抗模型由于有具体的计算公式,相对于需要测量波阻抗的有损多波阻抗模型来讲,在分析中具有可操作性强 ...

Gaoya dianqi, 2011 为准确模拟直流牵引供电系统暂态过程,笔者提出并建立了一种计及铁磁材料饱和特性的仿真模型。基于电磁暂态仿真软件PSCAD/EMTDC,建立包含计及铁磁饱和特性钢轨模型、24脉波整流机组模型在内的直流牵引供电系统仿真模型。通过比较仿真结果,该模型能更加准确模拟系统的暂态过程。

Dianci bileiqi, 2018 针对电力系统的重要组成部分输电网所易产生的雷击故障,在基于深入分析雷击故障性质与输电网可靠性指标的基础上,提出了一种输电网雷击后可靠性评估模型。该模型包括输电线元件故障率、修复率模型与状态模型,采用线路分段模拟法的输电线可靠性模型与基于概率统计原理的变电站可靠性模型。针对输电网络模型复杂度的不同,提出一种权重计算法。最后采用所提出的输电网雷击后可靠性评估模型对某地区高压输电网进行研究评估,验证了本模型的实用有效性,从而为未来输电网可靠性评估做出了铺垫。

Policy Studies Journal, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Generating public support for long‐term public investment may require understanding what citizens perceive as the “long term” in politics and how these perceptions shape their preferences. Across two studies, we find that UK citizens generally understand “long term” as 5–10 years.
