单调荷载作用下Q355冷弯薄壁型钢平板和角部材料延性断裂性能研究
采用试验研究与数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了Q355冷弯薄壁型钢平板和角部材料的延性断裂性能。共完成了58个材料取样试件的单调加载试验,并选取代表性试件开展金相观察。结合精细化有限元模拟,得到了各试件的断裂应变与应力状态。基于数值结果,校准了5种断裂模型的材料参数,包括两参数Rice-Tracey模型(RT2)、三参数Rice-Tracey模型(RT3)、最大剪应力模型(MSS)、CrashFEM(CF)及VNISFM,并编写Usdfld子程序完成模型验证。结果表明:狗骨试件的断裂应变随冷弯程度增大而增大,
