目的 探讨Aβ2 5-3 5致PC12细胞损伤后线粒体COX活性和ATP合成的改变及人参皂甙对它们的影响。方法 Aβ2 5-3 5损伤PC12细胞 ,人参皂甙处理前后紫外分光光度计测定线粒体COX活性 ,高效液相色谱仪测定线粒体能荷。结果 Aβ2 5-3 5损伤PC12细胞后 ,线粒体COX活性降低 ,线粒体ATP、ADP含量降低 ,人参皂甙能提高线粒体COX活性及ATP、ADP含量。结论 人参皂甙通过抗氧化作用可以减轻Aβ2 5-3 5致PC12细胞线粒体的氧化损伤。
