Gongye shui chuli, 2009 采用SBR工艺处理高浓度尿素废水,考察了pH、曝气时间及尿素容积负荷等因素对SBR去除尿素效果的影响,分析了出水中氮元素的存在形式。结果表明:SBR工艺处理高浓度尿素废水是可行的;在pH为7~8、尿素容积负荷低于2.33 kg/(m3.d)、曝气时间为12 h的条件下,尿素去除率稳定在90%以上;SBR出水中氮元素的存在形式按浓度顺次为:亚硝酸氮>尿素>氨氮>硝酸氮,发生了短程硝化现象。
