输电杆塔接地体对埋地油气管道的临界击穿场强试验研究

针对西北地区输电线路和埋地油气管道相邻交叉,输电杆塔接地体可能在雷电冲击下对油气管道放电的情况,通过试验的方法确定了针电极对油气管道间砂质土壤的平均击穿场强,分析了临界击穿场强的影响因素,并对土壤的击穿机理进行了讨论。试验结果表明沙质土壤中针电极对管道的临界击穿场强为200~300 kV/m,土壤电阻率对土壤的临界击穿场强影响不大,为确定西北砂质土壤地区输电线路和埋地油气管道的安全距离提供了参考数据。

基于CDEGS的输电线路对油气管道的运行安全影响研究

为了研究输电线路故障状况下,接地网散流对临近油气管道安全运行造成的电磁干扰。基于实际工程参数,建立了输电线路在雷击情况下,对油气管道电磁干扰模型。采用CDEGS防雷计算软件分析了雷电流幅值、土壤电阻率、线路与管道间距对管道感应电压的影响规律。对比了输电线路两种状态运行下采用排流线(裸铜带)保护前后管道感应电压防护效果。计算结果表明:增加管线间距与敷设屏蔽线后管道感应电压明显降低。研究结论可为油气管道设计施工及安全防护提供参考。

随着工业化的发展,钢材被应用在了各种各样的领域,比如:天然气管道、轮船、汽车等等。然而,随着时间的推移,钢材在使用过程中会出现腐蚀、裂纹等缺陷,这些缺陷严重影响了使用的安全,所以必须在事故发生之前对其进行检测以评估其安全性。本文在对比多种无损检测方法及研究感应式磁声成像的基础上提出了感应式磁声检测的新方法。该方法是在静态磁场下,通过脉冲电流激励被测钢板表面,进而在钢板内部发生电-磁-声的相互转化,最后提取钢板表面的磁声信号。该方法与被测材料无接触,无耦合,可在恶劣环境下进行工作,非常适合钢板的在线检测。
