超高压直流输电线路对埋地油气管道的电磁影响仿真研究

中国电力与油气输送网络发展迅速,为了研究超高压直流输电线路对埋地油气管道的电磁影响,针对金中直流工程与中缅油气管道进行建模仿真。基于工程设备参数与走廊规划,利用CDEGS软件建立了直流输电线路与埋地油气管道平行和交叉的仿真模型。针对直流线路正常运行、单极接地故障、雷击杆塔3种工况,仿真研究了平行和交叉段管道金属电压及管道防腐层电压分布。结果表明,所选超高压直流线路在各工况下对油气管道的电磁影响均符合限值要求。该研究结果对超高压直流输电工程和埋地油气管道共走廊时的安全运行具有重要实际意义 ...

长输管道阀室接地网腐蚀状况检测及原因分析

油气阀室的接地网是保护阀室电气设备和人员安全的重要设施,随着我国西气东输的发展,油气管道越来越多,管道阀室接地腐蚀情况越来越严重。本研究对4个油气管道阀室的接地网进行了调研,发现均存在不同程度的腐蚀情况。为了探明造成接地网腐蚀的主要原因,测量了这些阀室的地网接地电阻、土壤电阻率、接地体极化电位以及土壤理化参数。研究发现这些阀室的土壤微生物腐蚀属于微弱等级,也排除了自然环境引起接地体严重腐蚀的可能性。最后,通过分析这4个阀室的排流情况和接地扁钢的腐蚀特征,提出直流电流腐蚀是造成接地网腐蚀的主要原因 ...

随着油气管道服役年限的延长,需要对其进行阀件更换、增加支路、管线修改及管段更换等维抢修作业。介绍了油气管道封堵抢修技术的国内外发展现状,并分析了现役主要油气管道封堵技术的施工工艺及特点。在介绍我国油气管道封堵抢修案例的基础上,指出管道封堵抢修技术将向着安全、快速、高压、大管径和智能方向发展;管内高压智能封堵技术在深海管道封堵抢修中的应用将会极大降低维修成本和海洋管道维修作业风险。我国应加快研发能够应用于实际工程的海洋管道封堵抢修技术及装备,以打破国外的技术垄断。

特高压交流输电线路正常运行对埋地油气管道电磁影响及防护措施研究

中国电力和油气输送网络发展迅速,为了研究特高压交流输电线路正常运行时对埋地油气管道电磁影响,针对皖电东送特高压输电线路和川气东输管道进行了建模仿真。结合走廊规划和实际工程参数,采用CDEGS建立了1 000 kV交流输电线路与埋地油气管道交叉和平行的仿真模型。针对输电线路单回运行和双回运行,仿真研究了平行交叉段管道干扰电压及交流电流密度分布,并给出了应用固态去耦合器的裸铜带敷设的防护措施,降低管道交流干扰电压。结果表明:输电线路正常运行时,油气管道会产生中度交流腐蚀影响;管道应用固态去耦合器与裸铜带接地,
