复合绝缘子用芯棒压缩弹性模量测试方法和试验研究

本研究选用直径24 mm的芯棒加工20 个符合压缩弹性模量测试用的芯棒样品，参照标准GB/T 1448-2005，重点讨论涉及芯棒压缩弹性模量的测试方法和装置。试验结果表明试验机与千分表联合测试方法下，在弹性变形范围内分五级压缩负荷加载，测得的压缩弹性模量值存在一定的分散性，且波动较大，说明这种方法有一定的局限性和缺陷性，多次测量得出的压缩弹性模量值准确度不高；试验机与光栅尺及配套工装联合测试方法下，测得压缩弹性模量值准确度高，分散性小，说明这种试验方法具有很高的稳定性和再现性；测试压缩弹性模量时 ...

钻井隔水管接头结构参数对其强度的影响研究

针对深水钻井隔水管快速连接接头在复杂环境载荷作用下容易发生强度破坏的问题，采用ANSYS软件建立了双卡簧式快速连接接头有限元计算模型，并结合隔水管在波流耦合作用下的整体瞬态动力响应结果对其进行强度分析，研究了接头结构参数对其强度的影响规律。分析结果表明，隔水管快速连接接头最大应力出现在外接头和上卡簧接触的下部位置，最大应力可达255 MPa，满足结构强度要求；双卡簧受力情况为上卡簧受力比下卡簧普遍要大，另外，双卡簧在顶部和右下角处容易产生较明显的应力集中现象。左端面倾角 ...
