PRTV防污闪涂料能够有效改善高压电器绝缘材料的表面状态,提高电力系统表面憎水性。而在运行中的防污闪涂料受到紫外光、盐腐、热、凝露等作用,会出现耐污性能的下降。文中以PRTV防污闪涂料为研究对象,通过FTIR测试对比了防污闪涂料在紫外老化、盐腐老化、冷热冲击老化和水煮老化过程中分子结构变化,耐电痕性能影响。研究表明,0.46 mm厚防污闪涂料能够满足1A2.5级要求,接触角提高10%以上,老化试验条件促进了防污闪涂料的交联固化,冷热冲击老化试样的耐电痕性能影响最差。
