四环素类抗生素因具有抗菌和促进畜禽动物生长的功效,被广泛应用于畜禽养殖业.由于畜禽对抗生素的吸收、代谢较少,30%~90%的抗生素都以本体药物的形式随畜禽粪便排出流入环境.以四环素类抗生素——金霉素为例,研究了金霉素对小麦根生长的毒性效应,建立了不同形态金霉素对小麦根系生长的毒性效应模型:,得到各形态金霉素对小麦根毒性强弱的排序:二价阴离子态>一价阴离子态>中性态>阳离子态,共存Ca2+对金霉素毒性的影响与Ca2+以及金霉素的浓度有关.
