Shuitu Baochi Xuebao, 2005 利用生态足迹的理论与方法,对陕西关中渭河盆地,1986~2002年的生态足迹、生态承载力、生态盈余/亏损进行了测算。提出了生态压力指数的概念,建立了生态压力指数测算模型以及生态足迹、生态承载力、生态盈余及生态安全度变化预测模型,并对本地区万元GDP的生态足迹需求进行了测评。研究结果表明:①本地区生态承载力呈减少趋势;②生态足迹均呈现增加趋势;③1986~2002年生态压力指数从0.75增长为1.20,增长幅度为0.45,增长幅度较大;④关中盆地已严重超载,处于不安全状态 ...

Zhongguo youzhi为促进油茶籽淀粉资源的开发利用，采用“碱提+酶解”工艺从油茶籽粕中提取油茶籽淀粉，并以市售玉米淀粉和马铃薯淀粉为对照，比较其结构和体外消化特性。结果表明：本工艺所得油茶籽淀粉的提取率为64.25%，纯度为92.66%；与市售玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉相比，油茶籽淀粉呈圆球形或椭球形，颗粒更小；油茶籽淀粉为典型的A型淀粉，其长程结构不稳定，相对结晶度更低；油茶籽淀粉的短程有序程度与市售玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉相似，但双螺旋度数更低；油茶籽淀粉抗性淀粉含量（16.91%）更高。综上 ...
