Linchuang shenzangbing zazhi, 2014 急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)是住院患者尤其是危重症患者中的常见病。尽管对其研究和认识已不断深入,但其病死率仍居高不下。影响其预后的一个主要原因是缺乏早期诊断的生物标志物。迄今为止,在一些研究中已先后发现了多种具有潜力的AKI生物标志物,并有不少研究结果显示这些生物标志物可能在AKI的早期诊断、病情及疗效监测、预后评估中具有重要意义,有望改善AKI患者预后。

Monitoring population extinction risk with community science data
