J Diabetes, 2023 Highlights Mild acquired impaired thyroid hormone sensitivity was widespread among the general populations. Reduced thyroid hormone sensitivity was related with metabolic syndrome and its components. Impaired thyroid hormone sensitivity might affect the distribution of adipose tissue and muscle.

J Diabetes, 2022 Highlights Body composition changes were identified by baseline thyroid‐stimulating hormone (TSH) and difference in TSH (∆TSH) levels. A positive correlation between ∆TSH and ∆glucose was established. Patients with high TSH levels in the euthyroid state need muscle and fat management.

, 2018 目的探讨垂体促甲状腺激素瘤(垂体TSH瘤)导致中枢性甲亢的临床特点及治疗,为临床治疗提供参考。方法回顾性分析5例垂体TSH瘤患者的临床和实验室检查资料,5例均有不同程度的高代谢症状伴或不伴鞍区占位效应,且血清FT4、FT3水平升高,TSH升高或正常,均经垂体磁共振(平扫+增强)检查为大腺瘤。结果 4例行经鼻蝶神经内镜鞍区占位切除术,1例行开颅垂体瘤切除术,术后病理证实均为垂体腺瘤,免疫组化TSH阳性。结论甲亢患者血清TSH不被抑制时要警惕有无垂体TSH瘤的可能,需及时行垂体磁共振检查 ...

桥本甲状腺炎细胞病理分级与甲状腺功能和Hb、RBC、WBC及PLT的相关性研究
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2021 目的通过细针穿刺细胞病理学对桥本甲状腺炎(Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,HT)进行分级,并进一步探讨甲状腺功能、主要血常规参数与细胞学分级之间的相关性。方法对39名经细胞病理学检查确诊为HT的患者的病理涂片进行回顾性分析,并根据细胞学分级标准进行分级。患者均完成游离甲状腺素(FT4)、游离三碘甲状腺氨酸(FT3)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)及血常规等检查。结果大多数患者为桥本甲状腺炎1级(56.4%),其次是2级(28.2%)
