烧成气氛对电瓷制品性能的影响 附视频

不同烧成气氛条件下电瓷制品的烧成实验结果表明:含铁量较高、含钛量较低的电瓷制品,还原气氛下烧成制品的机械性能与电性能均优于氧化气氛下烧成制品的机械性能与电性能,而且在一定的还原烧成气氛浓度范围内,还原气氛浓度越高,制品的性能越好。研究结果还表明:适当提高电瓷制品氧化气氛烧成温度对制品的性能有利,但提高烧成温度而在氧化气氛下烧成制品的性能仍比不上较高还原气氛浓度下烧成制品的性能。

ZnO非线性电阻内部的微裂纹在老化中的作用

Zn O非线性电阻内部的气隙和微裂纹构成了其表面与环境联系的复杂通道 ,将内部能延缓 Zn O电阻老化的氧原子不断扩散到大气中 ,导致 Zn O非线性电阻内部的稳定因素氧原子减少而引起性能发生老化。另外微裂纹有可能是潮气进入 Zn O非线性电阻内部的通道 ,潮气将形成电阻通道而导致电阻片性能变差。
