降温速率对直流氧化锌电阻片电气性能影响的探究

论述了直流氧化锌压敏电阻片烧结过程中降温速率对其电气性能的影响,从直流电阻片的老化、伏安特性、温度系数、荷电率、吸潮性等方面对直流电阻片的电气性能进行了探究。实验结果表明:从高温点降到970℃,平均降温速率为27℃/h,从970℃降到870℃,平均降温速率为40℃/h,从870℃降到840℃,平均降温速率15℃/h,直流电阻片的各项电气性能参数较优。

国际电工委员会(简称IEC)于2013年4月发布了IEC 61643-311:2013"低压电涌保护器元件第311部分:气体放电管的性能要求和测试回路",该标准取代了IEC于2001年10月发布的原IEC 61643-311。通过对新旧版本标准的比较,对气体放电管性能要求和测试方法进行深入分析,认为新版标准扩展了气体放电管(GDT)应用领域,强化了气体放电管(GDT)技术安全性能,有利于提高开关型电涌保护器的安全性和可靠性。
