In2O3掺杂对低压ZnO压敏电阻显微结构及电气性能的影响

提出了掺杂In2O3对低压ZnO压敏电阻显微结构的影响及对其综合电气性能的研究。通过改变In2O3的用量,同时借助相关分析方法对压敏电阻的显微结构和电气性能进行综合分析。最终发现,随着In2O3含量的增加,低压ZnO压敏电阻的电气性能得到提升,但是过量的In2O3却会使其残压比和正反极性增加。I-3电阻片具有最佳的电学性能,其电位梯度为115.5 V·mm-1,漏电流为1.34μA,非线性系数α为68.1,以及残压比为2.20。其耐8/20μs、10 kA浪涌冲击正面变化变化率为-0.2%,反面变化率 ...

高分散体系探究对高梯度氧化锌电阻片性能的影响

为改善ZnO电阻片综合电气性能,尝试一种马来酸酐及聚氧丙烯烷基醚作为结构单元的共聚物做分散剂,考察了其对料浆分散性、压敏电阻显微结构与综合电气性能的影响。结果表明:分散剂用量为0.4 wt%时,总浆料的粘度较小,Zeta电位绝对值最高,得到的氧化锌瓷体的针孔率最小,ZnO高梯度氧化锌电阻片综合性能最佳,其电位梯度为336 V/mm,漏电流1μA,非线性系数达到55.9,压比为1.667,2 ms方波电流测试中能够承受18次300 A脉冲电流的冲击。

一种高性能SF6/N2混合气体密度继电器的研制

为了环保,同时解决SF6高压电器设备在低温下可靠运行的问题,研制和应用SF6/N2混合气体的电器设备是非常必要的。而同样压力下的SF6所占比例越高,其密度越大,绝缘能力越强,但节能减排的意义就越小,因此需要研制SF6/N2混合气体密度继电器,用于监测其气体密度,从而既确保高压电器设备安全运行,又能达到较好的节能减排效果。文中提出研制高性能的SF6/N2混合气体密度继电器,并阐述了高性能的SF6/N2混合气体密度继电器的实现方法,以及通过性能测试,证实该SF6/N2混合气体密度继电器具有较好的性能。

国内外优异氧化锌电阻片的性能分析

通过分析测试国内外氧化锌电阻片的电气性能结果及化学成分,发现电气性能优异的原因是在配方中未添加Cr2O3和SiO2成分,而添加了其他微量元素,从而改变了烧成后电阻片的微观结构。通过参考引证有关研究文献和专利,研发出的新型氧化锌电阻片配方的电气性能效果较好。
