低碳钢的大应变低周疲劳 [PDF]

对三种低碳钢的不同缺口的轴对称圆柱形试样在大应变循环下的低周疲劳行为进行了研究。以考察失效周次在100次以内的疲劳断裂行为。结果表明随着被控循环应变幅度的增大,低碳钢的低周疲劳寿命降低,断裂模式则由疲劳解理逐渐向延性韧窝过渡。缺口处的三向应力程度以及起始循环加载的静态损伤都对最终的疲劳失效有重要的影响。建议采用一种广义的循环应变参量上来概括影响这种大应变低周疲劳的诸因素,从而可以采用修正的Coffin ...

针对现有连续管疲劳损伤检测评价方法存在的不足,提出了基于金属磁记忆方法的连续管疲劳损伤评价方法,建立了连续管疲劳损伤状况判别支持向量机(SVM)模型。选取CT80材质的连续管进行弯曲疲劳损伤磁记忆检测试验研究,利用判别模型对试验数据进行分析,结果表明,SVM模型能够较好地建立起连续管疲劳损伤状态与磁记忆信号之间的映射关系,并能清晰地反映连续管的疲劳损伤过程,为检测连续管疲劳失效提供了一种新的判别方法。

齿面电刷镀铜提高齿轮接触疲劳强度的研究

本文以齿轮为研究对象,用常用的辊子模拟方法,分别在40Cr钢调质(HB310)和40Cr钢中硬(HB410)两种试验辊子上用电刷镀铜工艺进行表面处理,然后与未镀辊子一起进行接触疲劳强度对比试验,共试验辊子40对,结果表明:选取适当的刷镀参数,电刷镀铜能较显著地提高齿轮等滚滑接触表面的疲劳寿命。文中同时分析了电刷镀铜提高接触疲劳强度的机理。
