整体节点角焊缝疲劳性能分析及寿命评估

针对现有连续管疲劳损伤检测评价方法存在的不足,提出了基于金属磁记忆方法的连续管疲劳损伤评价方法,建立了连续管疲劳损伤状况判别支持向量机(SVM)模型。选取CT80材质的连续管进行弯曲疲劳损伤磁记忆检测试验研究,利用判别模型对试验数据进行分析,结果表明,SVM模型能够较好地建立起连续管疲劳损伤状态与磁记忆信号之间的映射关系,并能清晰地反映连续管的疲劳损伤过程,为检测连续管疲劳失效提供了一种新的判别方法。

齿面电刷镀铜提高齿轮接触疲劳强度的研究

本文以齿轮为研究对象,用常用的辊子模拟方法,分别在40Cr钢调质(HB310)和40Cr钢中硬(HB410)两种试验辊子上用电刷镀铜工艺进行表面处理,然后与未镀辊子一起进行接触疲劳强度对比试验,共试验辊子40对,结果表明:选取适当的刷镀参数,电刷镀铜能较显著地提高齿轮等滚滑接触表面的疲劳寿命。文中同时分析了电刷镀铜提高接触疲劳强度的机理。

采用基于断裂力学的有限元法对焊接H形钢梁的疲劳裂纹扩展过程进行了数值模拟。给出了模型的基本假定:初始裂纹为半径1.016 mm的圆形、裂纹中心位于受拉翼缘与腹板之间焊缝焊根处、裂纹前缘由3~4段1/4椭圆弧线控制、在裂纹前缘端点处与内部点处分别采用不同的Paris公式系数、以疲劳裂纹深度穿透受拉翼缘壁厚或SIF超过断裂韧性为循环终止条件。采用二次多项式外推插值的方式对H形钢梁裂纹前缘端点处以及紧邻端点的个别结点处直接输出的应力强度因子(SIF)计算值进行了修正。通过试验验证 ...
