Huli yanjiu, 1991 病例简介: 患某,男,10岁,因发烧伴左髋部疼痛3天诊为上感败血症于90年8月7日住本院院儿科。查体:体温36.9℃,脉搏112次/分,急性病容,咽部充血,左髋关节屈曲,肿胀,压痛,活动受限。白血球总数为19.3×109/1,中性0.89,淋巴0.11,红血球沉降率为13m/n。患儿青霉素反复皮试阳性。给予洁霉素1.2,庆大霉素8万u及氟美松5mg静滴仍驰张热体温高达36℃,经外科会诊行左髋关节穿刺抽出黄色混稠脓液10毫升,镜检脓细胞+++,白细胞少许,诊为化脓性髋关节炎转外科治疗。外科先后应用洁霉素,
