三维培养在研究白血病细胞耐药性方面的应用

急性白血病（acute leukemia，AL）是血液系统恶性肿瘤，具有高度的异质性。白血病细胞对化疗药物耐药成为制约白血病治疗的关键难题。体外细胞培养模型是研究急性白血病发生、发展的重要实验方法。与传统的二维细胞培养相比，三维细胞培养模型能更有效地模拟白血病体内微环境，为探索白血病细胞生物学特性提供了良好的实验平台。近年来，越来越多的研究者应用三维细胞培养模型进行细胞耐药性研究，以期提供更有效的潜在治疗药物。论文总结了近年来关于三维培养及其在AL耐药性的体外研究中的应用。

联合治疗急性髓系白血病的护理

为了分析地西他滨联合CAG 方案治疗急性髓系白血病的护理方式，选取2017年2 月—2018 年3 月至我科室接受治疗的19 名急性髓系白血病患者作为研究实验者。对实验者采用地西他滨联合CAG 方案治疗，辅以系统的护理措施，根据疾病缓解情况判断护理效果。结果显示，在用地西他滨联合CAG 方案治疗后，19 名患者中完全缓解的数量为14名；部分缓解病例数为4 例，未缓解病例数为1 例，仅占5.3％；另外，不良反应的发生方面，有1 例患者出现静脉炎、1 例患者出现典型呕吐症状，并发症发生率为10.5 ...

目的：研究整体护理对改善白血病化疗患者负性情绪及疼痛感的影响。方法：50例白血病化疗患者自愿参与，随机分成对照组（25 例，常规护理）、观察组（25 例，整体护理），比较护理结果。结果：对比两组患者的焦虑与抑郁评分，干预后观察组的两项评分均较低（P＜0.05）；对比两组患者的疼痛评分，干预后观察组评分较低（P＜0.05）；对比两组患者的生活质量评分（精神状况、健康状况、支持帮助、活动能力），干预后观察组评分较高（P＜0.05）。结论：为白血病化疗患者采取整体护理，可改善患者的负性情绪，减轻患者的疼痛感 ...
