文中研制成展成直齿及斜齿锥齿轮传动的计算机模拟软件。计算机模拟和切齿试验表明,现在广泛采用的切齿调整计算法,得到的齿面接触区很差:接触迹线几乎与分度锥母线平行,由齿的一端啮入,另一端啮出,大部分时间由齿的两端传动;在滚动检验机上略加载,扩展后的接触区是沿齿长方向的一条狭长的接触带,齿的上半部和下半部大部分不能参加啮合。调整滚比或横向移动刨刀,只能沿齿高方向或沿齿长方向移动这条接触带的位置,改变不了其形状和宽度。引入轮位修正之后,接触迹线的走向沿着齿高方向,而且还可以控制接触区的长度,得到比较理想的接触区。

采用有限元混合法推导了求解复杂空间啮合轮齿应力场分析的有关公式,证明了在只有转动刚体位移的空间接触问题模型中刚体位移影响矩阵[Fu]和整体平衡矩阵[Q]互为转置;提出了多轮齿对同时接触时的计算方法,大大减少了分析计算量;建立了轮齿应力与齿面几何学及载荷之间的直接联系;最后将一对准双曲面齿轮副的计算结果与相关的实验结果进行了对比,两者是吻合的。本文的研究成果虽是针对螺旋锥齿轮而得到的,但它同样是分析其它复杂空间啮合齿轮副强度特性的非常有用的新方法。
