陕西府谷杜松自然保护区杜松种群结构与生命表分析

为了阐明杜松(Juniperus rigida)种群的年龄结构和未来发展趋势,合理保护现有资源,编制了该种群的静态生命表,绘制了存活曲线和死亡率曲线,以及4种生存函数曲线.结果表明:杜松种群数量少,幼苗更新不良,属于衰退型种群.杜松种群的存活曲线属于左偏正态型,该种群的死亡率与消失率变化趋势基本一致.龄级Ⅰ与Ⅱ的值为负,在Ⅵ龄级达到最大.导致种群衰退的原因有种子萌发和幼苗生长困难和比较严重的人为干扰.应当提高种子的萌发率,人工培育幼苗,形成不同龄级的种群更新体系,减少人为干扰,以达到保护杜松的目的 ...

浙江长兴扬子鳄种群遗传多样性研究

中国动物园大猩猩圈养种群现状分析

以窝卵数、卵大小(长径和短径)、卵重量和窝卵重为指标,对7个北草蜥地理种群的繁殖特征进行聚类分析.结果表明:不同地理分布的北草蜥种群的繁殖特征可明显分为福建宁德、浙江洞头岛和浙江丽水类群,浙江北麂岛、安徽滁洲、浙江东阳和浙江杭州类群.其中,浙江北麂岛种群与安徽滁洲种群的繁殖特征尤为相似.

圈养斑嘴环企鹅种群生存力分析

根据上海动物园斑嘴环企鹅(Spheniscus demersus)种群的谱系及相关数据,编制生命表,基于VERTEX10.2.5对该种群未来100年的动态进行模拟,进而为种群发展提出管理建议。结果显示在理想条件下,无近交、无灾害、无密度制约,种群呈持续增长状态,灭绝概率为0,种群数量将达到138只。而在实际情况下进行模拟,则不容乐观。种群衰退,100年后灭绝概率为95.8%,因此针对该种群现状有针对性地提出保护管理措施刻不容缓。
