并联电抗器作为电网重要的电力设备,准确估计其油温变化趋势,可为早期故障监测和预警提供重要依据。提出一种基于反馈约束变分模态分解(VMD)和长短期记忆神经网络(LSTM)的并联电抗器油温预测模型;利用信号反馈约束和加权样本熵优化VMD分解个数k和惩罚因子α,形成VMDFS分解方法将并联电抗器原始油温序列分解成多组平稳的子序列,消除不平稳信息的影响;再对各子序列构建LSTM神经网络预测模型,用粒子群优化神经元个数;最后将各子序列预测油温叠加得到并联电抗器最终预测油温。通过对某变电站一台220 ...
