麋鹿精子形态扫描电镜观察

为了解麋鹿新鲜精液的品质和精子表面的结构特征,对12头处于繁殖季节的雄性麋鹿采用电刺激法获得新鲜精液,选用高活动率的精子12例制作标本,经扫描电镜对精子形态进行观察。结果发现,麋鹿精子属于典型的鞭毛精子,长约42 μm,头部呈梨形,长约6.4 μm,宽约4 μm,电镜下可见一定比例的畸形精子,通过对精子畸形的部位和原因进行分析,提出了精子样品制备时的注意事项。
