Journal of Diabetes, Volume 15, Issue 12, Page 1095-1102, December 2023., 2023 Highlights In the first trimester, the plasma mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) was higher in women who developed gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) than in women who did not develop GDM during their pregnancy. The increased levels of plasma mtDNA were independent of age and fasting plasma glucose levels in the first trimester.

野生动物学报, 2021 塔里木兔是我国新疆地区特有物种，已被列为国家Ⅱ级重点保护动物。本研究基于所测定的塔里木兔线粒体全基因组序列（全长17011 bp），进行了全序列的结构分析，结果表明塔里木兔线粒体基因组包含13个蛋白质编码基因、22个tRNA基因、2个rRNA基因和1个控制区。除了nad6在L链上以外，其他的蛋白质编码基因都在H链上。基于线粒体基因序列，通过生物信息学预测发现除了trnM和trnS1以外，其余tRNA都有经典的三叶草二级结构。线粒体全基因组具有AT偏好性，其结构与目前兔属其他物种线粒体基因组结构类似 ...
