调节性细胞死亡在脊髓损伤中作用的研究进展

脊髓损伤(SCI)作为一种常见的神经系统疾病,主要由机械性创伤引起,通常会导致患者出现大范围的感觉、运动和自主神经损伤,严重影响患者生存质量。近年来研究发现,凋亡、坏死性凋亡、自噬、焦亡、铁死亡以及铜死亡等调节性细胞死亡(RCD)的发生机制与SCI的发生发展密切相关,且各RCD之间还存在一定的串扰关系。因此,本文将对SCI发病过程中与RCD相关的机制和基于细胞死亡抑制剂、外泌体和组织工程疗法治疗SCI的最新研究进展进行综述,以期为未来SCI相关基础研究及临床治疗提供参考。
