1 例脊柱结核并椎旁脓肿脊柱结核性截瘫患者围手术期的护 理体会
, 2020 目的：探讨脊柱结核并椎旁脓肿结核性截瘫患者围手术期的护理经验。方法：做好术前心理护理、完善术前相关检查、指导各项功能锻炼，加强术后病情观察、药物健康指导、体位护理、管道护理、疼痛护理、发热的护理以及出院康复指导。结果：该患者经后路结核脓肿病灶清除、胸腰椎后凸矫正、植骨融合、内固定术后效果令人满意，术后没有发生严重的并发症，康复出院。结论：做好脊柱结核性截瘫患者围手术期护理，可减少并发症，促进患者康复，提高护理质量。

临床医学与护理目的：观察整体护理在耐多药结核病护理中的应用效果，分析其临床推广价值。方法：2023年10月至2024年10月，筛选了112例在本院治疗的耐多药结核病患者，按照隔一选一的原则，将他们平均分为两组，一是进行常规护理的A1组，二是进行整体护理的A2组。对比二组患者的心理困扰情况、用药依从性、痰菌转阴率、X好转率及生活质量等方面情况。结果：在患者心理困扰情况方面，二组在护理前的情况非常近似，在护理后的差异显著，A2组的分值明显偏低。在患者用药依从性方面，A2组的五个指标的得分均高于A1组。在痰菌转阴率方面 ...

The conventional sampling method uses a swab.
