2014年～2017年某院复治肺结核患者的耐药情况分析 [PDF]
, 2018 目的了解我院复治肺结核涂阳患者的耐药谱,为我院预防和治疗结核病提供依据。方法 2014年1月至2017年12月在我院结核病门诊诊断和治疗的涂阳肺结核患者的痰培养结核分枝杆菌,鉴定为结核分枝杆菌的菌株采用比例法,使用6种抗结核药物[异烟肼(H)、利福平(R)、乙胺丁醇(E)、链霉素(S)、氧氟沙星(Ofx)、卡那霉素(Km)]测试耐药性。结果 350例复治肺结核患者的总耐药率为41.71%(146/350),单药耐药(SDR)率为10.25%,多耐药(PDR)率为6.85%,耐多药(MDR)率为24.57%
