腺苷脱氨酶在结核性胸水中的诊断价值

目的探讨胸水腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)对结核性胸水的诊断价值。方法选择2003年10月-2005年10月,在我科住院的结核性胸水患者32例(结核性组),以同期的51例非结核性胸水患者(癌性17例,非癌性34例)为对照组(非结核性组),全部病例均测胸水ADA(酶法)和胸水找结核杆菌,44例同时进行了PPD1U、5U皮试,73例检测血沉,32例测血结核抗体。结果结核性组与非结核性组:胸水ADA均值45.8±26.7vs11.69±19.63[14.0±10.7(癌性)、10.5±22.9(非癌性)]U/L,P=0.

T-SPOT.TB和CLEIA法检测结核感染的临床价值

结核病是一种由结核分枝杆菌引起的慢性传染性疾病,现已被WHO列为需要重点控制的三大类传染病之一[1-3]。近些年来结核病的耐药率不断升高,耐药性结核病已严重威胁人类的健康[4]。因此,对结核病进行早诊断、早治疗、控制传染源至关重要[5]。本研究采用T-SPOT.TB和CLEIA两种方法检测疑似结核病患者的结核分枝杆菌的感染情况,并对两组结果进行对比分析,探讨其检测的可靠性及对结核病诊断的临床价值。
