结核是当今世界最重要的致病和致死因素之一,据WHO估计,全球已有近20亿人感染结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis,MTB),结核患者约2000万人,每年新发患者约800-1 000万人[1]。近年来,由于AIDS的发病率呈上升趋势,而AIDS患者又极易感染结核病,另外近几年结核分枝杆菌隐性感染或亚临床感染持续增多。因此,结核病诊断尤其是快速检测对于及时正确开展抗结核治疗和控制结核病的传播显得尤为重要和迫切。本文就结核病的实验室诊断技术进展综述如下。
