Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2007 目的调查活动性结核病和稳定期结核病抗体特征。方法采用ELISA或免疫层析技术,检测活动性肺结核、稳定期肺结核和健康人组血清中抗BCG-PPD、抗结核菌胞内蛋白（IP）、胞壁蛋白（CWP）、分泌蛋白（SP）3、8 kD蛋白和LAM抗原的抗体。结果抗38 kD蛋白抗体、抗LAM抗体与结核活动性密切相关。抗CWP抗体阳性患者化疗效果好。结论抗LAM和抗38 kD蛋白抗体为活动性结核病特征性抗体,CWP组分中含有保护性抗原。

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2008 目的探讨金标法（DICA）和酶标法（ELISA）测定结核抗体在结核病诊断中的临床价值。方法用上述两种方法分别检测结核病患者336例,非结核性呼吸道疾病60例,健康体检者50例。结果结核病组DICA法和ELISA法测定结核抗体的阳性率分别为88.4%和71.1%,特异性分别为95.0%和91.7%;非结核性呼吸道疾病组阳性率分别为5.0%和8.3%;健康对照组DICA法全部阴性,ELISA法有3例阳性（6%）。结论DICA法的敏感性和特异性均高于ELISA法,且ELISA法存在一定的假阳性 ...
