Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2021 脑梗死又称缺血性脑卒中(CIS),是老年人群的常见病和多发病,颈动脉粥样硬化在缺血性脑卒中发病过程中起重要作用[1]。血清高同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与高尿酸(UA)水平与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性近年来受到关注。研究证实,Hcy水平升高是颈动脉粥样硬化的独立危险因素[2-4],本研究通过对236例老年脑梗死患者进行血清Hcy、UA水平及颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查,探讨血清Hcy、UA水平与老年脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化的关系,为缺血性脑卒中的早期诊断和干预治疗提供可靠临床依据。
