温度及老化程度对变压器绝缘纸板复弹性模量的影响

电力变压器绝缘纸板的复弹性模量与纸板所处温度和老化程度等密切相关,对其进行研究有助于深入掌握电力变压器绕组动力学特性及基于振动信号的绕组机械状态检测技术。文中从材料的粘弹性理论出发,对绝缘纸板进行加速老化试验,使用动态热机械分析仪(DMA)研究了老化纸板在100 Hz应力作用下,在不同温度和老化程度的情况下,储能模量和机械损耗角的变化规律,建立了纸板复弹性模量与温度和老化程度的联系。结果表明,纸板的复弹性模量随着老化程度的增加和温度的升高而降低,机械损耗角的正切值则基本保持不变,其值小于0.055 ...

外绝缘用液体硅橡胶热老化特性及机理研究

基于电、热、酸复合应力下复合绝缘子芯棒老化特性研究

温度和老化程度对油纸绝缘频域谱的影响研究

考虑多因素的棒形悬式复合绝缘子老化评估研究

综合考虑复合绝缘子在运行中表现出来的各种老化特性,客观评估其老化程度是保障复合绝缘子安全运行的关键。为此,提出一种复合绝缘子的老化评估模型,将复合绝缘子试品的外观检查试验、憎水性试验、红外测温试验结果作为评估模型的输入参数,对复合绝缘子试品进行老化评估,发现2号复合绝缘子老化程度最重,建议退出运行;1号复合绝缘子老化程度最轻;而3号复合绝缘子老化程度一般,需要跟踪监测。最后通过扫描电镜试验和傅里叶红外光谱试验,验证了评估结果的正确性,说明文中提出的评估模型对于复合绝缘子的老化评估具有一定的意义。
