体能科学, 2023 随着我国人口老龄化趋势的日益加剧，老年人的健康问题成为全社会关注的焦点。老年人的体能水平与其生活质量密切相关，提高老年人体能水平有助于提升其生活质量，对于促进社会和谐稳定具有重要意义。文章通过文献资料和逻辑分析的方法，分析了老年人特能特征及体能训练对老年人身心健康的重要意义，并主要针对当前我国可自理老年人的体能训练提出相应建议，希望能够为我国老年人体能训练提供一定借鉴和参考，促进我国人口老龄化进程的健康发展。
