体能科学本研究旨在探讨乡村振兴背景下黑龙江省农村老年人体质健康的现状和影响因素，为乡村振兴战略的实施提供科学参考。研究采用了定量研究方法，通过问卷调查收集老年人的健康数据，并运用统计分析方法对数据进行处理。结果显示，黑龙江省农村老年人的体质健康整体状况较良好，但存在较高的慢性病发病率和生活质量下降的问题。另外，老年人对乡村振兴的认知与态度普遍较为积极，认为乡村振兴有助于改善自身的体质健康。

体能科学为提高我国中老年女性科学健身服务水平，研究通过搜集国内外大量数据和文献资料，总结我国中老年女性科学健身服务存在的问题并探索其优化路径。研究结论如下：（1）我国中老年女性科学健身服务中存在管理主体横向协作不足、政策制定缺乏可操作性、设施环境建设仍需优化、人才资源相对短缺、服务内容缺乏效果等问题。（2）结合国外实践经验提出我国中老年女性科学健身服务的优化路径，即建立跨部门协调组织机构，以科学研究为基础制定服务政策，大力建设女性友好型健身设施环境，培养具有体、医双重知识结构的高质量服务人才队伍，搭建国家-社区-
