质反应指标联合诊断效果的规律阐述

目的探讨多项质反应指标联合诊断效果的规律。方法根据观察目的生成模拟数据,采用logistic回归法进行多元分析,求出联合后的阳性符合率、阴性符合率和youden指数并与单项指标进行比较分析。结果阳性率远离50%的实验指标联合诊断效果优于阳性率接近50%的实验联合;相关的两项指标联合诊断效果不好;只有诊断效能相近的指标联合才有联合增强效应。结论在有关指标联合分析时宜优先选择诊断效能高的指标;阳性率远离50%的指标;并按上述原则去除其中一个彼此相关的较差的指标;这样可以提高联合诊断的效率。

G实验和真菌培养在艾滋病人深部真菌感染中的联合诊断

目的研究并探讨G实验与真菌培养联合诊断在艾滋病患者深部真菌感染中的诊断价值。方法于2014年6月-2016年7月,选取120例疑似合并深部真菌感染的艾滋病患者进行G实验检测、真菌培养,以临床综合诊断结果作为金标准,对单一及联合诊断对艾滋病患者深部真菌感染的诊断结果进行分析。结果 120例疑似合并深部真菌感染的艾滋病患者中,共有100例患者经临床综合诊断被证实为深部真菌感染。联合诊断的诊断敏感度明显高于单一的G实验、真菌培养(P0.05),且联合诊断的Youden指数最高,说明其筛查效果最好。G实验 ...

TVCDS联合HS检查对绝经后妇女子宫出血的诊断效能

Using colorimetric in situ hybridisation method for FcaPV‐2 to estimate postsurgical prognosis in feline Bowenoid in situ carcinoma

卵巢癌患者血清可溶性间皮素相关蛋白的检测及其意义
