人血清肌红蛋白放射免疫测定及其对急性心肌梗塞诊断价值初步探讨

Yixue kexue ban, 1982 肌红蛋白（Myoglobin）系一种含卟啉的蛋白质,M=18000,既是骨骼肌组成之一,也是心肌所具有,当心肌坏死时,肌红蛋白即进入血循环中。1975年Stone等建立肌红蛋白放射免疫测定,大大提高了测定的灵敏度(可以测到109-1012克水平),现已成为一种急性心肌梗塞的快速过筛试验。本文测定正常人（输血员）共56例,其肌红蛋白平均值为51.1土25.4毫微克/毫升血清,实测范围为13～90毫微克/毫升血清,与文献报告值基本近似。在41例不同心脏病例中（其中急性心肌梗塞30例）发病后两小时内取血者7例.
