铁死亡参与肝疾病研究进展

肝脏作为机体新陈代谢的核心器官,深度调节体内各类营养物质的合成及代谢。铁死亡作为一种铁依赖性的脂质过氧化物积累引起的新型细胞程序性死亡方式,参与多种急慢性肝疾病的生理和病理进程。目前认为,在急性肝损伤、代谢相关脂肪性肝病、酒精性肝病、病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝炎等大部分肝疾病中,铁死亡可加速疾病进程;而在晚期肝纤维化和肝细胞癌中,铁死亡则延缓疾病进程。因此,靶向调控铁死亡能够有效预防并延缓急慢性肝疾病的发生发展。本文讨论了铁死亡在急性肝损伤、代谢相关脂肪性肝病、酒精性肝病、病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝炎 ...

非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是全球范围内最常见的慢性肝病之一[1,2]。研究表明,非酒精性脂肪性肝病不仅可导致肝脏损伤,还可增加肝外疾病如冠状动脉疾病、肾脏疾病的发生风险[3-5]。其中,非酒精性脂肪性肝病与慢性肾脏疾病风险的关系,最为引人关注[6-9]。本研究评估非酒精性脂肪性肝病人群的慢性肾病的发生风险,以及其与无创肝纤维化评分的关系。
