乳癌肺転移と鑑別を要した肺大細胞神経内分泌癌の1手術例 [PDF]

要旨:症例は71歳、女性。乳癌術後経過観察中の胸部CTで右肺S3に小結節が出現し、臨床的に乳癌肺転移あるいは原発性肺癌(cTlaNOMO)が疑われた。術前診断が困難であり、胸腔鏡下肺生検の結果、肺大細胞神経内分泌癌と確定診断した。201X年7月、根治的に右上葉切除+リンパ節廓清(ND2a-1)を施行し、病理病期はpT1aN2MO, pStage IIIAで、#4R,#12uリンパ節に転移を認めた。肺大細胞神経内分泌癌は早期でも予後不良とされている。本症例では、補助化学療法(シスプラチン+エトポシド ...
