Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2020 重复癌发生率较低,且在临床上极易漏诊、误诊。虽然直肠腺癌及肾透明细胞癌均是日常工作中常见的恶性肿瘤,但是两个器官同时原发肿瘤的病例却极其少见,至今很少有相关的文献报道,且尚未有资料可以明确解释两者之间的相关性。随着生活环境的改变,重复癌的发生率呈日益增长的趋势,同时医疗设备的增加、医疗技术的完善也提高了重复癌的诊出率[1]。本文选择了我院1例典型直肠腺癌并发肾透明细胞癌的重复癌病例,希望通过本例报道提高大家对于直肠及肾重复癌的认识。
