Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2010 目的探讨卵泡抑素在卵巢癌患者血清中的水平变化及其临床意义。方法采用ELISA法检测肿瘤患者及健康对照者血清FS水平;免疫组织化学染色观察卵巢癌组织FS表达情况。结果卵巢癌患者血清FS水平明显高于健康对照组,统计学比较差异显著,P乳腺癌（40%）>肺癌（30%）>胃癌（20%）>肾癌（0%）。免疫组织化学染色显示,卵巢癌组织表达FS与肿瘤类型有关,染色强度依次为粘液性癌>子宫内膜样癌>透明细胞癌>鳞癌>浆液性癌。结论卵巢癌患者血清FS水平升高,其诊断阳性率与卵巢肿瘤类型有关 ...
